We have finally received a reply from the rental car company —- we will pick up the mini busses on Thursday and roll from Bergshammra at 16:00.
Please be there between 15:15 and 15:30 so we have time to load up !!!

Dukes will kick off on Friday — July 30th — at 12:30
Dukes will end on Sunday —– August 1st — Prize ceremony at 16:00.

Transportation & Housing
We will depart from Bergshammra IP —- (Exact time to be determined later) — Info will be given at Pratice on Tuesday.
We will return to Bergshammra approximately 21:00 on Sunday August 1st.
We will travel to Dukes in 3 mini-busses.
We will be staying at Vasaskolan which is right next to Västerhöjdskola where we will eat out meals.
NOTE*** Showers are only available at the field.
Food
You will need to bring some extra money for Lunch Friday as well as Sunday Dinner.
You should pack a water bottle and a snack for the buss trip down.
Games
All games will be played at Lillegårdens IP.
Games will be 2 x 10 min quarters ——- Fans will be requested / required to run the chain crews.

Other
Tyson from Contact sports will be there — so bring additional cash if you need any equipment.
A Sport photo company will be there and take pictures.
The parents and fans normally have a social event on Saturday — ask around.
The players are the coaches responsibility from Start to Finish — If a player will not be traveling
back and forth from Bergshammra with the rest of the team please inform the head coach in advance.
There will be aproximately 500 playes from 15 different organizations at DUKES this year.

Chiefs !!!
We are going to the Dukes Tournement — Pratice will kick off again on July 20th to prepare for the turnement and the rest of the fall season.
Information about Dukes can be found in the forum (Fan Club –> Forum) — Please e-mail the coach to let him know how you will be traveling to and from the tournement.
You should all be doing the summer workout (Push up’s / swim kicks / cross overs and all of the Core drills). Bicycle, swim or run as we will need our conditioning on top for the upcomming season.

DUKES
We will need to know who is coming to the Dukes Tournement. Dukes takes place in Skövde from July 30th – August 1st.
The cost of the tournment has been paid for by the Chiefs —- but we will need to cover transportation costs to and from Skövde — this normally runs about 1,200 sek per player if everyone is coming.
Place a post on the forum if you plan on coming. For the parents — Dukes is a great oppertunity to get to know the players and other parents on the team.
Pratice this week is on Tuesday and Thursdays at 18:00 as always.
